> simpliHŌM is a tech-enabled, cloud-based real estate brokerage operating in 22+ states with 1,000+ agents. Agents get an 85/15 commission split from their first transaction, a low annual cap after which they keep 100% of commissions, free transaction coordination, an included technology stack, pre-IPO equity, free healthcare access, and a 7-level revenue-share program. ## Key facts

- **Commission model:** 85/15 split from transaction one; agents keep 100% of every commission after hitting their annual cap. Caps reset on each agent's join anniversary, not the calendar year.
- **Plans (individual):** simpliMILITARY ($5,000 cap, veterans/active-duty), simpliPRENEUR ($7,500 cap), and simpliSHARE ($15,000 cap, adds the 7-level revenue share and simpliSHARE-only tools).
- **Optional 2-year commitment:** Waives the monthly fee ($0/mo instead of $99/mo) and lowers caps to $7,000 (simpliPRENEUR) / $14,000 (simpliSHARE) for the term; standard month-to-month pricing remains the default.
- **ACE Agent tier (simpliSHARE):** Unlocked at 25 closed transactions or $500K GCI after capping; flat $199 transaction fees, extra RSUs, and ancillary profit share on title and mortgage.
- **Team plans:** Minimum 1 team leader + 2 licensed members; qualify via 12 closed transactions or $6M in closed volume on a rolling 12 months.
- **Fees:** $99/mo platform fee + a per-transaction broker fee of 0.1% of contract price ($199 min / $399 max). No franchise, desk, or technology fees.
- **Included platform:** Free transaction coordination on every deal, Lofty CRM, Dotloop Premium, ShowingTime+, AI virtual staging, AI headshots, AI marketing, free CE courses, and the HŌMhq hub.
- **Equity:** Pre-IPO Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Convertible Bonus Certificates (CBCs), priced at the lowest available valuation for early agents.
- **Coaching:** Daily coaching with Bill Pipes / G3 Nation (15-minute huddles, weekly masterminds, resource library), included with simpliSHARE.
- **Benefits:** Health, dental, and vision plans available at no brokerage markup.
- **In-house services:** Title and escrow via CLOSED Title.
