Compensation FAQs

On the lead $0/month* offer, once you've paid your full cap amount ($7,000 for simpliPRENEUR or $14,000 for simpliSHARE), you keep 100% of every commission for the rest of your anniversary year. The $750 annual fee and per-transaction broker fee still apply. Prefer month-to-month? The $99/month option carries the standard $7,500 or $15,000 cap.

Your cap resets on your anniversary date — the date you joined simpliHŌM — not on a calendar year. This means agents who join mid-year aren't penalized.

Yes, you can upgrade from simpliPRENEUR to simpliSHARE at any time. Any cap payments already made in your current anniversary year will be applied toward the new cap amount.

On a $400K sale at 3% commission, your GCI is $12,000. At 85/15, simpliHŌM's share is $1,800. You also pay a 0.1% broker fee of $400 (but it's capped at $399). So your net on that single deal is $11,601 — or $10,203 if you haven't capped yet and this pushes you over cap. Once capped, you keep $11,601 per similar deal.

Teams require a minimum of 1 Team Leader + 2 licensed team members (3 total). The team can combine efforts to meet one of two thresholds on a rolling 12-month basis: 12 closed transactions, or $6,000,000 in closed sales volume.
