The 20-deal year · $180,000 GCI

What the same agent keeps at each brokerage, ranked by take-home.

1simpliHŌM simpliPRENEUR$166,270
2simpliHŌM (standard)$165,332
3REAL Broker$161,640
4eXp Realty$157,980
5Keller Williams~$153,000

You're paying your brokerage $10,000, $15,000, maybe $20,000 or more every year. You've done the math. You know a better model exists. The question isn't whether to switch — it's which plan actually fits where you are right now.

simpliHOM offers three individual plans, and they're not interchangeable. Each one is built for a specific type of agent at a specific stage. Pick the wrong one and you leave money on the table. Pick the right one and you stop funding your broker's retirement.

Here's exactly how they stack up.

The Foundation: What Every Plan Shares

Before getting into the differences, it helps to know what every simpliHOM agent gets regardless of which plan they're on.

All three plans run on an 85/15 split from transaction one. No ramp-up period. No probationary split. Day one, you keep 85%.

Once you hit your annual cap, you keep 100% of every commission for the rest of your anniversary year — and that reset happens on your join date, not January 1.

Every plan also includes Lofty CRM with IDX site, Dotloop Premium, ShowingTime+, AI virtual staging, AI headshots, and AI marketing tools, automated testimonials, free transaction coordination on every deal, and the HOMhq platform hub.

That full tech stack runs $99/month. No separate technology fee stacked on top. No surprise add-ons.

There's also a per-transaction broker fee of 0.1% of the contract price, with a $199 minimum and $399 maximum per closing.

One optional upgrade applies across all plans: a 2-year commitment that waives the $99/month fee entirely and lowers your cap by $500 to $1,000 depending on which plan you're on. Month-to-month at $99/month is the default.

simpliMILITARY: The $5,000 Cap

Who it's for: Active-duty military and veterans.

The cap is $5,000 — the lowest published annual cap of any named competitor in the market right now. REAL Broker caps at $12,000. eXp caps at $16,000. Keller Williams caps anywhere from $22,000 to $35,000 depending on your market center.

If you're military and closing even a modest volume of transactions, you hit that $5,000 cap fast. Everything after that is 100% yours for the rest of your anniversary year.

The full shared tech stack is included. Transaction coordination is free on every deal. Most agents are operational within 48 to 72 hours of joining.

This plan exists because simpliHOM built it specifically for the military community — not as a marketing footnote, but as a structurally different cap.

simpliPRENEUR: The $7,500 Cap

Who it's for: Agents closing under roughly $75K GCI who want to stop overpaying before they've fully scaled.

The cap is $7,500 — still significantly lower than every major competitor. REAL Broker's cap is 60% higher at $12,000. Fathom Max sits at $9,000. eXp is more than double at $16,000.

When you cap simpliPRENEUR, you receive 250 pre-IPO equity units — RSUs priced at the lowest available valuation. It's a position no competitor in this category offers. They pay out at IPO, not on a guaranteed timeline, but the early-mover position is real.

simpliPRENEUR does not include revenue share. That's a simpliSHARE feature. If building passive income through recruiting is part of your plan, simpliSHARE is where you want to be.

What simpliPRENEUR does give you is a clean, low-cost structure with the full tool stack, free transaction coordination, and a meaningful equity stake when you cap. For an agent who's still growing their production and wants to stop bleeding split money to a franchise, this is the entry point that makes sense.

simpliSHARE: The $15,000 Cap

Who it's for: Established mid-to-high producers, business builders, and agents who want income beyond their own closings.

The cap is $15,000 — higher than simpliPRENEUR, but this plan is built for agents already producing at a level where the additional features more than justify the difference.

Here's what simpliSHARE adds on top of the shared foundation.

Revenue Share

A 7-level revenue share program. At Level 7, with 30 or more direct recruits, the program pays up to 24% of AGCI. Standard earnings disclaimer applies — results vary by production and recruiting activity — but the structure runs 7 levels deep versus 5 at REAL Broker.

Equity on Cap

Every year you cap simpliSHARE, you receive 1,000 pre-IPO RSUs plus a $15,000 Convertible Bonus Certificate. That's $15,000 in a CBC annually, not a one-time event. These pay out at IPO and are not guaranteed income, but the annual compounding of that position is a real structural difference.

Coaching

Daily coaching with Bill Pipes through G3 Nation is included at no extra cost — 15-minute morning huddles, weekly masterminds, and access to a 7-figure resource library. No other plan in this set bundles a named coaching figure at this level.

Marketing

simpliSHARE includes digital billboard marketing and branded sign panel marketing. Your name is in front of buyers and sellers in your market without a separate ad spend.

The Path to ACE Agent

Once you cap simpliSHARE and hit either 25 closed transactions or $500K GCI, you unlock the ACE Agent tier. At that level, your per-transaction fee drops to a flat $199 per closing — regardless of contract price — and you gain ancillary profit share on title and mortgage through CLOSED Title.

For a high-producing agent, that per-transaction fee reduction adds up fast across 20, 30, or 40 closings a year.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

The honest answer depends on three things: your GCI, your goals beyond your own production, and whether you're military.

If you're active-duty or a veteran, simpliMILITARY is the answer. A $5,000 cap with the full tech stack isn't something you'll find anywhere else.

If you're closing under $75K GCI and your primary goal is keeping more of what you earn without overpaying for features you're not using yet, simpliPRENEUR gets you there. You still get the full platform, free transaction coordination, and 250 pre-IPO equity units when you cap.

If you're already producing at a meaningful level and you want income that doesn't stop when you do — through revenue share, equity, and coaching that accelerates your business — simpliSHARE is built for that. The higher cap is real, but so is the return on what it unlocks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does simpliPRENEUR include revenue share? No. Revenue share is a simpliSHARE feature only. simpliPRENEUR includes the full tech stack, free transaction coordination, and 250 pre-IPO RSUs when you cap — but not the 7-level revenue share program.

When does my cap year reset? Your cap resets on your join anniversary date, not January 1. If you joined in March, your cap year runs March to March.

Can I switch plans after joining? Plan eligibility and switching options depend on your current plan and production status. Reach out through joinsimplihom.com for specifics.

What is the 2-year commitment and is it required? The default is month-to-month at $99/month. The optional 2-year commitment waives the monthly fee entirely and lowers your cap by $500 to $1,000 depending on your plan. It's not required.

How do the pre-IPO RSUs and Convertible Bonus Certificates work? RSUs and CBCs are pre-IPO equity instruments that pay out at the time of a company IPO. They are not guaranteed income. simpliPRENEUR agents receive 250 RSUs on cap; simpliSHARE agents receive 1,000 RSUs plus a $15,000 CBC each year they cap. Standard earnings disclaimers apply.

What does it take to reach ACE Agent status? You must first cap simpliSHARE, then hit either 25 closed transactions or $500,000 in GCI. Once you qualify, your per-transaction fee drops to a flat $199 per closing and you gain ancillary profit share on title and mortgage.

How quickly can I get started after joining? Most agents are fully operational within 48 to 72 hours of joining. The onboarding process is designed to get you into the platform and closing deals without a long setup period.
